I enjoyed the time that I was here at Greenvue. This was my first apartment moving to Texas and it was all that I can ask for. The front office staff were friendly and always available to answer questions. Shout out to Cassie one of the office managers who was always professional, accommodating, understanding, and friendly. The grounds were always kept clean and maintained. Maintenance completed my open items within a week. One slightly negative feedback is that I asked for them to contact me when they were on the way which never happened but they never entered my apartment without my permission so that was a plus. Even though this was a big property, everyone kept to themselves, and I was never concerned for my safety or the safety of my family. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this apartment to anyone who asks.
I really enjoyed living here, unfortunately I had to move out due to my financial struggles, but overall Cassie has been great to me, I would call and let her know about my financial situation and she understood and gave me good feedback on what to do. I just wish I didn’t screw myself I’d still be living here, it’s a great complex with easy access to get to and from work, the maintenance guys were very cool! The prices of rent weren’t bad at all in my opinion you just have to make sure you’re being responsible for your finances. But this was a great experience living here Cassie was very helpful! I strongly recommend this community to anyone!
I would not have even given it the 1 star. If you want to be lead on and given misinformation by all means put in an application. Things were good in the beginning until they turned sour and left a bad taste. When I toured the property, I liked what I saw, you would have thought it was the perfect fit. It wasn't until the application was submitted that I later found out the unit (6422) I applied for was an accessible unit. This was discovered when the leasing agent called the then current tenant to get more specifications on the layout. I asked if there was anything that could be done based on the lack of details that were left out when applying and the leasing agent, provided instruction on speaking with the property manager (tamara) as she would be the one to make the final decision. I did just that, sent an email expressing my concerns and how I felt and asked if another unit that was on the same floor, had the same sq footage and was available for the same move in date at the same price. This is when the property manager became very condescending, rude and intolerable. She said 'If you want that other unit you're gong to have to pay the difference." which was $135 more/mth. She would not own the error that occurred and stood by not having done anything wrong. She blatantly lied and stated its listed on the layout that each unit may vary. I was left with no choice but to figure out next steps on getting my next apartment as my current lease was coming to an end. I took some to make a decision and decided that I would not take the unit and contacted them to inform them. The leasing agent said I would be getting a call from the property manager but, that did not occur. About a week and half later, I was getting notifications about missing verification documents to finalize everything. I called once again to follow-up and inform them I would not be taking the unit based on the details that were not provided at the time of filling the application. I asked if a gesture of goodwill could be given and get a refund of the application fee and the manager laughed and told me no. I expressed, had I known the unit was accessible I would not have filled the application and continued on my search. If this is how I was being treated as a potential new resident, I could only imagine how an actual resident must feel.
Cass was very helpful with my questions concerning my apartment that I was interested in. Very professional and was treated with great customer service!!
She also has a really nice voice. I can’t wait to call again.
Beautiful property but the experience I’ve encountered with the staff leaves me disappointed. This is the most disorganized property and property management company (Cushman Wakefield) I’ve ever worked with. The staff makes mistakes and blames the resident. The two times I’ve escalated and asked for a regional manager, not a property manager, I’ve been ignored and rerouted to the property who continues to incorrectly help. This is a beautiful property and the maintenance staff is wonderful, but the management is very lackluster.
management keeps changing and i really hate this new package delivery service called fetch. it’s pretty inconvenient as they’ve lost my packages, and if you look at reviews for fetch, it seems to be a common experience. The units, location, and maintenance is good but the management keeps adding unnecessary charges (fetch, dwelo) and it sucks.
I legit LOVE my apartment! This would’ve been my third year but the rent is going up way more than I’m willing to pay. I like the area. I live in building 4. I’ve never had any issues at all. Maintenance can lag at times but it’s never been bad enough to make me hate it here. I don’t deal too much with the office staff, maybe I’m really Lowkey and low maintenance.
We did get new management over the summer, I’ve yet again have dealt with anyone in the office really. Cassie is nice and professional.
I don’t have any bug problems , never have. They are smoke free. Something that I didn't like, if you need any kinda rental assistance they no longer accept those payments. I didn’t like that bc I was laid off this summer unexpectedly and the mere fact that I was willing to reach out for assistance to still get my rent paid and they no longer accept those payments was beyond me. So in conclusion: if life happens and you’re unable to pay rent, just get ready to pack it on up! That was my biggest annoyance. I would also recommend viewing ur actual unit. Everyone promised and over confirmed I had a storage on my patio, moved in and I did not. They had to over compensate me a lot for it.
These apartments are a hot mess!!! New management (again!) charges you $40+ just to pay rent w a credit card. Always an extra fee for everything. Where's all that money going? I'm just asking since they fix absolutely nothing.
